Led a comprehensive overhaul of the TISS website with a focus on improving usability, simplifying content workflows, and elevating the overall user experience. The objective was to create a more intuitive and efficient digital platform that serves the needs of both administrative staff and end-users - including students, faculty, and external visitors.

Process
User Survey & Research: I proactively connected with multiple students to discuss their site experiences, seeking insights into challenges and frustrations for pinpointing improvement areas. Collecting firsthand user data and noting pain-points aimed to tailor optimal solutions, ensuring proposed enhancements directly addressed user concerns for a more satisfying browsing experience.
User Persona: After doing user survey, I created a user which covered all the pain point as well as needs of the users. This helped me to clear my goals for next step.
Information Architecture: IA helps in organizing contents so that the users can easily navigate through the functionality of the product without taking much efforts.
User Journey Map: This approach helped me identify the emotions users experience as they navigate through the website.
Low Fidelity Wireframing: I used low fidelity wireframes to quickly map out layouts and user flows. These basic sketches helped communicate initial ideas to higher authorities, focusing purely on structure and usability without design distractions.
High Fidelity Wireframing: High fidelity wireframes reflected the near-final design with real content, branding, and interactivity. This allowed higher authorities at TISS to clearly visualize the end product and provide focused feedback before development.
