I was tasked with thoroughly understanding the client’s needs and translating them into a healthcare application that not only focused on treatment but also empowered users to track their progress, monitor their fitness graph, and stay motivated on their overall wellness journey.

User Survey & Research: I engaged with medical professionals, recognizing the significance of obtaining insights from individuals with a similar background. Additionally, as this project was internal, I initially consulted some colleagues, documenting both their challenges and needs. Collecting real user data and noting their pain-points would help resolve their problem and provide an optimal solution for the same.
User Persona: Even before Immunomate went live, I conducted a user survey to better understand potential users. From these insights, I created a user persona that captured both their pain points and aspirations. This exercise brought clarity and helped me define the goals for the upcoming phases of Immunomate’s design journey.
Information Architecture: After creating the user persona, I designed the Information Architecture to address the identified needs and pain points of potential users. This laid the groundwork for intuitive navigation, a streamlined content flow, and a clear foundation for Immunomate’s next design phase.
User Journey Map: Building on the Information Architecture, I mapped the User Journey to understand user emotions at each stage. This helped me anticipate challenges, address key pain points, and design a more seamless experience for Immunomate.
Low Fidelity Wireframing: For Immunomate, I created low-fidelity wireframes to map out layouts and user flows. These early sketches helped communicate core ideas to stakeholders, focusing on structure and usability without the distraction of visual design details.
High Fidelity Wireframing: For Immunomate, I designed high-fidelity wireframes that reflected the near-final product with real content, branding, and interactive elements. This allowed stakeholders to clearly visualize the platform’s look and feel, and provide focused feedback before moving into development.
